Southbound is southern rock band covering classics from the seventies up to today..

We have been around since 1982 playing every club in the South Shore area and then some.  Most of the original members are still with the band. Although Southbound has taken many forms from a 3 piece band to a four guitar army the end result has always been the same...A** KICKING SOUTHERN ROCK!

 

The club scene has changed quite a bit over the years.  Southbound has packed even the largest of clubs and continues to play out as often as possible. For some time, there appeared to be a decline in clubs booking live acts. We continued to work steadily with private parties and sporadic club dates. Recently though, there appears to be a resurgance of the live band movement. Our calendar is beginning to fill with live club dates. Check out our schedule to see when we will be out near you.
